While we recogize that cities across Arizona are honoring our military, Saluting Arizona Veterans wanted to create something that we could dedicate to the men and women of served our country, past, present and future.

Over 500,000 Veterans call Arizona home and we, with the support of the Glendales' Hispanic Community wanted to show our appreciation to our brave men and women.

The proposed memorial is in the process of being commissioned by the City of Glendale and with proper approvals, will be located in the Glendale Civic Center Plaza, 5750 W. Glenn Drive, Glendale, AZ.

Honoring Our Heroes: Memorial Day Tribute

On this solemn Memorial Day, we gather as a community to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. As the Vice-President of our veterans group in Arizona, I am humbled by the courage and dedication shown by our fallen heroes. Their selfless acts of valor have secured the freedoms we hold dear, and we will forever be grateful for their sacrifice.

Today, we pay tribute to those who gave their lives in defense of our nation, and we also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all veterans and active-duty service members. Their unwavering commitment to duty and honor inspires us all. Let us never forget the sacrifices made by our heroes, and let us strive to uphold the values they fought to protect. May their memory be a blessing, and may we always honor their legacy with pride and gratitude.
